We'll do a short PT session and spend time to talk through your goals, how I work, and how I can help you. Your chance to ask any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all my clients, please review and adhere to the following policies: Payment Policy Advance Payment: Bootcamp block is paid for in full, in advance. If you wish to cancel your place and receive a refund, you must do so prior to the block starting to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after the block has started will not be refunded. The block entitles you to access 18 classes over a 6 week pre-defined period (3 classes per week). No discounts or refunds will be made if you are unable to attend a class. Cancellation Policy: I require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. This ensures I can plan the sessions effectively. Late arrivals If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Health and Safety: You will have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form when booking your initial session. Please inform me of any new/ changes to medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to starting a session. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to participate in the training sessions. If your PARQ form highlights a referral for any condition it is your responsibility to ensure you seek advice from the relevant professional. Commitment to Results: Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals.
