The coach who gets it — because she's been there.
I'm Lisa. Mum of two boys, personal trainer, and someone who knows exactly what it's like to juggle absolutely everything at once.

I wasn't always the coach. I was the client.
In 2012, on my first maternity leave, I joined a gym. I wanted to lose the baby weight — but I didn't have the confidence or the knowledge. I stuck to the treadmill, used the same machines, and hoped for the best.
Over the years my weight went up and down. I tried the slimming clubs. The quick fixes. The extreme diets. I even lived off juice shakes for six months before my wedding. I looked great in the dress — but the weight came back. And I felt worse than before.
On my second maternity leave I found a mum-friendly CrossFit class and finally stopped making excuses. I saw what was possible when I made movement a priority. Then work kicked back in, life took over, and I nearly gave up completely.
I was ready to try another extreme. But I didn't. I gave it one last go — this time, the right way. I hired a coach, changed my habits, and changed my life.
That coach changed everything for me. Now I get to be that coach for others.
No extremes. No guilt. Just real, lasting change.

I coach people who are where I once was — stuck in yo-yo dieting, short on time, and unsure where to start.
My approach is honest, realistic, and built around what I know actually works for busy lives. I'm not here to give you a perfect plan that falls apart the moment real life gets in the way. I'm here to help you build habits that fit around your life — not the other way around.
This isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up, staying consistent, and finally feeling like yourself again.
