I offer two online coaching options — one more structured and focused on the foundations of great habits, one completely bespoke and hands on - designed for you from day one. Both are built around your real life, your goals, and what you actually need. Have a read through and if you're still not sure, just book a free call and we'll figure it out together.

Bespoke 1:1 Coaching

This is my highest level of online support — completely tailor made from the ground up.

We start with a full onboarding call where we build your plan together from scratch. Nutrition, training, habits — everything is designed around your life, your goals, and what's actually going to work for you.

​

You'll get nutrition guidance, home workouts, and if you're local to Rosyth, you can swap your check-in call for a monthly face to face PT session so we can catch up in person. Check-in calls can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly — whatever you need. And in between? I'm on hand. This is high touch, high support coaching with a lot of hand holding for those who want it.

IGNITE — the 8 week programme

Structure, support and education — at a pace that works for you.

IGNITE is my structured 8 week online coaching programme — perfect if you want a guided, education-led approach to building the foundations of real, lasting change.

​

You'll get a personalised calorie target, a new education topic every week focused on building the foundations of sustainable weight loss, and a food tracking system where you send me your logs and I review them and feed back to you every Monday.

​

There's also a one to one check in call during the programme to make sure you're on track — and if you're local to Rosyth, you're welcome to do that in person at Goliath MMA Gym.

​

Each week you'll receive actions based on the weekly theme, so you're not just learning — you're putting it into practice straight away.
