Early Morning Bootcamp
Start your day before the world wakes up.
If you want to get your workout done before the school run, the work emails, and the endless to-do list kicks in — this is it.
Early morning bootcamp runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am at Goliath MMA Gym, Rosyth. Each session is 40 minutes of hard work that sets you up for the day ahead.
No two sessions are the same. Just you, the class, and 40 minutes to do something brilliant for yourself before the day takes over.

Strong Mums Club
Because strong mums raise strong kids.
Strong Mums Club is a strength and conditioning class designed for mums — and anyone who's doing the incredible job of raising little ones. Kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight — real training that builds real strength.
And yes, you can bring the baby.
Classes run Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am and are 40 minutes long. Babies and pre-schoolers are welcome every week — older children are welcome too. You stay responsible for your little one but I'll do my best to keep them entertained so you can actually get the work done.
This is your time. Your workout. And one of the best things you can show your kids — what their mum is made of.

Kids Classes
Building strong, confident kids — one session at a time.
A fun, structured fitness class for 8 to 11 year olds — designed to build strength, coordination and confidence through movement.
Sessions are built around strength and conditioning principles that naturally develop the physical attributes needed for sport — particularly goalkeeping — but the benefits carry across football, gymnastics, athletics and beyond. Don't worry, we keep it fun. They won't even realise how hard they're working.
Classes run every Thursday at 3:45pm and are 45 minutes long.
