Cancellation Policy

**Children’s Class Policy** To ensure the best experience for all children attending the classes, please review and adhere to the following policies: **Payment Policy** **Advance Payment:** The class block must be paid for in full, in advance. If you wish to cancel your child’s place and receive a refund, this must be done before the block begins in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after the block has started will not be refunded. The block entitles your child to attend a set number of classes over a pre-defined period (the block duration is defined during booking, e.g. 4 weeks). No discounts or refunds will be given if your child is unable to attend a session, and unused/missed sessions cannot be carried over to a new block. **Cancellation Policy:** If your child is unable to attend a session, please provide as much notice where possible. This helps with planning and class management. **Arrival and Collection:** Please ensure your child arrives on time for their session. If a child arrives late, they will join the session already in progress and the class will still finish at the scheduled time. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected promptly at the scheduled times. **Health and Safety:** A parent or guardian must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form on behalf of their child before attending their first session. Please inform me of any changes to your child’s medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns prior to the start of any class. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their child is fit and able to participate in the sessions. If the PARQ highlights any conditions that require medical clearance, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to seek advice from the relevant healthcare professional before participation. The PARQ form also collects the emergency contact information. **Behaviour and Participation:** All children are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and other participants to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being asked to sit out or, in repeated cases, being unable to continue with the sessions. **Photography and Filming:** From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during sessions for use in promotional materials, including social media, websites, and marketing content.
