Cancellation Policy

Pay As You Go (PAYG) Bookings Pay As You Go classes are booked and paid for on a per session basis, subject to availability. Cancelling or Rescheduling a PAYG Class If you need to cancel or reschedule a PAYG booking, you must give at least 12 hours' notice. Provided this notice is given, you are welcome to reschedule to another available class, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, or failure to attend a booked class (no-show), will be treated as a used session. No refund, credit or reschedule will be offered in these circumstances. Please give as much notice as possible where you can — it helps me plan classes effectively and offer the space to someone else. Subscription Membership Early Morning Bootcamp is available on a subscription basis. Members are charged every 4 weeks in advance, which entitles you to 1/2 class per week for the duration of that 4 week period. Your subscription will automatically renew every 4 weeks until cancelled. Cancelling Your Subscription You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days' notice. To cancel, please contact me directly (in person or by message) — cancellations must be made directly with me and cannot be actioned any other way. Your 30 days' notice begins from the date you notify me. Any payments due within that 30 day notice period will still be taken, and you are welcome to continue attending your classes as normal during this time. Missed or Unused Classes Your subscription entitles you to 1/2 class per week. Classes are not transferable and cannot be carried over, banked, or rolled into future weeks or billing periods. If you are unable to attend a class in any given week, that session is forfeited. We operate a use it or lose it policy, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed or unused classes. Class Cancellations by Lisa Maddock Fitness I will always aim to give as much notice as possible in the unlikely event that a class needs to be cancelled. Where possible, arrangements will be made to offer an alternative session. Where an alternative class cannot be arranged, a discount (equivalent to the price of 1 class you have paid for) will be given for future classes/subscriptions. Refunds can also be arranged (equivalent to the price of 1 class you have paid for) at my discretion.
